Awesome, awesome, awesome! Between their St. Catharines and Hamilton store, they had a wide range of lights to choose from. For the lights we were looking for, we found their prices to be the best in the area. Nancy was the salesperson who helped us and she went out of her way a few times to make us feel special. Great work City Lightz and great work Nancy!

They are the worst people . There light don’t work for more then a year . I purchased 15 lights when we built our house most of them don’t work. People in our neighborhood are all saying the same thing no one in our neighborhood would go back there .. lights are garbage and cheap .store is dirty

Worst customer service experience ever! I purchased a light fixture in November which didn't work for the space. I exchanged it for another one. I waited while he called to make sure it was in stock. I was told that they would call when it comes in. I waited almost 3 months. I called the store twice and left a message each time but no one called me back. After 6 months I called again. I was told that the fixture was there the entire time. I went to pick it up today to find out that it was the original fixture that I had returned. The man I was dealing with said that I needed to wait and speak with a woman who was on the phone with another customer. She looked up my information only to discover that my order had been delivered to the store 5 months ago!! As I was walking out of the store I heard her say 'sorry about that' The incompetence of this lighting store is beyond measure.
