Had a great experience here today. Liked the whole process, and everything was completed fairly quickly. Everything was great, and the officers were kind enough to let me have a picture with them also. Thank you very much.

Useless!!! Tried calling but no one answers the phone. Went to the office in Niagara and the security didn’t let me in the building. They won’t answer any questions. Not sure why they even “work” there just to turn people away.

Is the physical office currently open for in-person visit? UPDATE: I recently visited in person and learned that they are only taking appointments, no drop-in visits. NEWEST UPDATE: (Sept 2024) They’re only serving refugees now 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was visited this place earlier today immigration officer was polite and very quick response treated as well mannered but the security guard was terrible he must change his attitude they have to replace a new person for that position to treat the people well mannered. He doesn’t know how to treat a toddler as well. He has to Learn a lot how to treat people. Other than this issue here immigration officers are well mannered and do the best job compare to other countries. Highly recommend for any of your migration services.

Horrible service by phone. they keep asking non sense question for after 5 min hang up. If we are contacting by phone this is obvious that we need to talk with somebody... is that difficult to understand?
