Honestly, I had one of the worst experiences at this store this afternoon. Every time I go into the store at night, there's always a female staff member working alone. I brought it up to the older gentleman who works there, and he just rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders at me, saying it is what it is and there's no law about it. I find it extremely dangerous for females to work alone at night. I have witnessed both female employees getting yelled at and threatened by drunks and customers in a bad mood taking their anger out on them. I have even seen the older gentleman being extremely rude to the staff. I didn't want to make a post, but the way I was treated today, I felt like I had to. I will never, in a billion years, step foot back into that store!
View on GoogleWas having a really rough day my son was in the hospital so I came into the store to grab a few things and the new staff member was extremely friendly I ended up almost breaking down in the store and the new staff member I wish I would have caught her name but she went out of her way to listen to me even though that wasn’t her job to do that she made a rough day a little bit better . The service here is absolutely exceptional and they have very friendly staff that go out of their way to help people. I will definitely be returning to this store.
View on GoogleStore is always clean and properly stocked. Nice staff too ! One specifically worth mentioning is a young lady named Karlie, she is so friendly and always greeting me the moment I walk in ! She's gone above and beyond for me , even helped catch me from leaving without filling up the gas I paid for after I got distracted . Need more staff like her that will go extra mile for the customers. Bonus koodos to this location for offering a discount for all NH staff. We do appreciate it alot
View on GoogleI stop in here quite often. It’s convenient for me. They have nice store and staff is friendly. Clean store. They now sell alcohol products.
View on GoogleThis place has the most expensive gas compared to everyone else in the city. The coffee is self-serve at the shop, which is pointless, especially when Starbucks and Tim Hortons are at stone's throw from this spot. The gentleman running the store is great and courteous and the three stars go only to him, rest of it is a let down especially the fuel price.
