Absolutely terrible customer service. The employee who served us (Dhruvil) was extremely unwelcoming from the start. He tried to overcharge us for cups, and when we questioned it, he told us to call the Circle K customer service line because he “doesn’t care” about customer service. Completely unacceptable attitude. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The Pringles Time Capsule Walked into this Circle K near 6 Inn in Niagara Falls, craving that iconic Pringles Salt & Vinegar punch. Cracked it open at the hotel, and instantly got teleported to January 2023. The smell? Somewhere between sink drain cleaner and ancient chemistry experiment. 💀💨 Checked the bottom, yup, best before Jan 12 2023. I didn’t realize Circle K was running a museum of preserved snacks. At this point, those Pringles should have their own exhibit labeled “Carbon-dated artifact from the Vinegar Age.” 🏺🤣 No receipt, but honestly, I don’t need a refund, I got a story, a laugh, and possibly a new superpower from inhaling whatever that was. Pro tip: if you shop here, bring a calendar and maybe a carbon-14 tester. 🧪

Been to multiple Circle K’s in the USA and Canada. Major cities and rural. This one likes to charge Full Price for a cup of ice? $3.39 for a cup of ice? Every other Circle K charges $0.20. When asked why, the employee informed me that the manager told him to charge full drink price for ice. It’s your store, charge what you want, but I find the greed disgusting. It’s a bad look. Also, you need a key for the bathroom here, but the seat was still covered in urine and not clean.
