Cigar Experience

I've been coming to cigar experience for a few months now, absolutely top notch service! Love this place, will definitely keep going back! They have cigars for all price points and advice whether you're a beginner or an expert. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for the first time today. I’m new to cigar smoking and Michael was very helpful. First he offered me an espresso which was delicious and then helped me select a great cigar for a good price! His knowledge of the cigars led me to a flavour profile that I didn’t know I had. A great experience and the best part was the conversation! I’ll definitely be back.

On vacation for the first time in the Niagara region from the Caribbean and visited this store to get a couple cigars as a gift for someone. We don’t know anything about cigars as we don’t smoke so just grabbed a couple reasonably priced ones as it’s the thought that counts right? Well boy were we wrong to visit this store. What started out with good intentions ended with the worst experience of my life!!! The owner and a gentleman who I later learnt is his friend were in the shop. After leaving, “the friend” ( a big bouncer looking guy) gets into his vehicle and follows us as we are walking back to our hotel and stops us and accuses me of stealing cigar(s) from the shop as he feels we bought the “shitty stuff” (his words) as we could not afford the better stuff that we really wanted. He goes on further to offer me money if I need it to pay for the item(s) he thinks he saw me steal. Interestingly, he’s not a cop… just a friend of the owner of the shop who felt he had the right to follow us, try to intimidate us and embarrass us in public. Does he even have the authority to do this!!!! Of course, I DID NOT STEAL anything and had nothing from the shop except what my husband PAID for. He then went on to say “no hard feelings” after he realized that he WAS WRONG and MISTAKEN. I demanded an apology which I never got because he said there was no hard feelings…, smh…. Is that an apology in Canada? REALLY! Is this how tourists are treated in Canada and how paying customers are treated by the CIGAR EXPERIENCE and their affiliates. In all my years, I have never felt this humiliated or been treated this way. I have travelled to several places over the years for vacation and work and never had any such experience but I can assure you of one thing, this is my first and last experience here. Shame on you CIGAR EXPERIENCE!!! If this is your idea of customer service and after sales service… you need help!

Well, I can see why this place is rated so well. I was helped by Michael, his honest opinions on cigars were both insightful and refreshing. While shopping he offered me an espresso (nice touch, honestly), and was very welcoming. The shop itself is very clean and well organized, the walk in humidor, very open and smelling like every cigar lover's dream. I will definitely be back!

I have been all over the world and have purchased many cigars from many shops and even factories in the Dominican Republic. By far, the owner who helped me today was the best. His knowledge of brands and flavor profiles and even prices across the continent were extraordinary. The selection inside his wonderful walk-in humidor was amazing, and the other accessories he had on hand were great as well. Including my new Rocky Patel ashtray, which will probably give away who I am to the owner, lol. We visit Niagara Falls multiple times a year, and he has made a customer for life. By the way, I have a Don Lucas with me for you that I will drop off mo day when we leave. Oh, but please check your Google profile as your hours posted are incorrect
