I have found the service here above and beyond!! Danielle was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in needing help, and she was incredible. Kerri also assisted. Can't thank you enough for a great experience!! 👍😊

A big time shout out to my teller Danielle. This gal knows what customer service is all about...even with her mask on I could tell she enjoyed her work and was doing everything to help me. Danielle is an excellent rep for the CIBC and is what customer service is all about....keep up the great work Danielle...you are a credit to your branch...Terry Another visit to CIBC and a shot out to Chad...great customer service for sure and def has a future with CIBC..keep up the great service...Terry

Had reason to interact with this branch twice in the last month and both were a fail. Tried to get a debit card replacement but the first advisor didn't know how to activate it correctly, was inconvenient to make another visit and find someone that could fix her mistake. Tried yesterday to speak with someone about investing some money. Told me they had no staff or appointments for several weeks and I should use another branch. Took his advice one step further and made an appointment with a credit union.

This is the first time I have ever written a review, but I do so after having dealt with the absolute rudest people in a bank that I have ever dealt with. Both times, the tellers acted in a manner that made it seem as if they had little desire to help in any capacity. I was trying to e-transfer money today- my limit was reached and i was asking for help and suggestions on the best way to pay my employees. She suggested cash which is not an option for accounting purposes. And that was it. I left and looked up and saw that I could do bank drafts- but again the fact that this woman was so rude made me not want to be there for a minute longer. Absolutely brutal experience and highly recommend people go elsewhere.

I had troubles getting things sorted out at the Lundy’s Lane location. I simply needed a new debit card, and my account to be sorted out. They failed to address any issues and provide me with the help necessary. Sarah at the seaway bank location provided me with exceptional service. Re arranged my account and updated all my personal information. I had an overall pleasant experience at this branch. Kudos to Sarah for absolute wonderful customer service! I will he returning to this location for any needs. Aside, I would recommend the Lundy’s Lane branch (Niagara Falls) to properly train all staff members due to very poor customer service.
