Overall shitty service. The one lady with the glasses there on the side. Acts so rude and even tho another branch sent us they started making faces.

View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience at this CIBC branch. I arrived at 10 a.m., expecting a smooth visit since it wasn’t even lunchtime. However, there was only one person assisting customers, despite a long line. I waited for half an hour and eventually had to leave without being helped because I would have had to keep paying for parking. This kind of service is unacceptable, I expected better efficiency from a major bank like CIBC.
View on GoogleIt takes a lot for me to post a review- good or bad. Let me tell you, we’ve had nothing but awful experiences with this CIBC. We got a mortgage 2 years ago with them and were literally waiting until 3 days before the moving date to finally be told we were approved. Talk about stress!! Then they gave all of our information to the wrong lawyer which held things up even further and we were charged an extra $1000 by the lawyer for having to deal with their inadequacies. Fast forward now to renewal time. Nothing but another joke and leaving things until the last minute. I got ahold of Matt over 4 months before the renewal date. He assured me things would be taken care of. Weeks turned in to months of the run around and he couldn’t come though. Nothing but a joke and waste of time. Complete unprofessionalism- I even asked to deal with another advisor. We went to a broker and got a way better rate and I decided to deal with head office instead of this branch and finally got somewhere. In the meantime, I’ve been charged another $1000 by the broker for not going through with them when I finally got a good rate with head office. This branch has cost me $2000 out of pocket with their incompetence and awful customer service. Do yourself a favour and save yourself a headache and $$$. Stay far, far away.
