CIBC Branch with ATM

Not enough staff. Waited 15 minutes to talk to a teller. Staff is nice but way too slow. Three desks with only two employees looks unprofessional and is extremely frustrating.

Booked two callbacks through Cibc online banking. They never called

i was robbed here , they do not have a single camera in their parking lot which is inexcusable as a national bank of canada this is a joke

No more CIBC for me, I had the wost experience in branch and telephone banking. I open a new account with the other bank close to this branch and was very pleased with the customer service they provided.
