CIBC Branch with ATM

My daughter had passed at 27. She had a cibc account. She ended up getting a cheque for 250.00. From day one it was terrible service. First had some girl. She left never returned my calls till I found out she had left. Now had some guy who said I had to open up estate account. Didn’t tell me anything re if not used they take money from it. When I remembered she still had that estate account. I went to close it. I find out theirs only 106.00. The lady now who I was dealing with says they sent a letter to say not using account so all these charges. I didn’t get a letter. Nothing! Why would I leave money of my dead child in an account for them to take over 1/2 money. Then they didn’t give me a cheque just my copy. I’m so mad. Hope no one has to deal with a death and CIBC! Don’t use them. Terrible, terrible service!!!!!!!!!!

Love this CIBC branch. Was trying to get my daughter a bank account and after nothing but frustration at the 4th Ave CIBC we tried this branch. Ian was amazing. He had no problems setting up an account for my child. If you choose the CIBC I wholeheartedly recommend you visit this location.

Best CIBC brach I ever went in my life..🤭 As soon as I went in for my appointment, I was helped by the staff and financial representative did an awesome job for helping me with multiple inquires at once on the spot..🌟 What’s even better was she was very kind and nice and even walked me to the door for exit..👍👍 Best customer service in my life and will never forget the gratitude to the staffs.

I have been with CIBC for many years and this is the first branch where you are not just another person in the line that they serve. You are greeted with a smile, they are super helpful and remember what you did the last time you are there. I even know the manager's first name, because he cares enough to talk to his customers! Ed and his team have always been very attentive and go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.

Absolutely first class service for over 15 years. I never thought to praise a bank but these guys are on-the-ball in ways other service industries only wish they could dream of. Excellent branch, excellent bank.
