CIBC Branch with ATM

thanks to whoever opened my account in 2014, set it up backwards resulting in me losing over $5500 in the course of five years, shut an account on me, and froze my credit card without notice. the $200 compensation makes up for it i guess.

I would like to thank Tammie who was able to resolve an issue with closing my deceased sisters account after numerous visits to the Fort Erie branch and getting no where Tammie was able to get everything done in 10 minures. Thank you Tammie for yur great customer service.

Exemplary service provided by Alexia F. at this branch! She was patient, kind, thorough and double checked everything to ensure accuracy. My mother and I left the branch feeling like we had hit the "salt of the earth" lotto!

All the employees are so kind, polite and helpful.. my mother had an incident and the Bank Manager took it upon himself to personally help her. He was patient and calming and I was so greatful for his help.. as was she.. I'm glad and relieved that we have the Tellers that we do. Thank you CIBC

Debbi wouldn't let me open a bank account with a service New Brunswick card but on cibc website it says u can. They need to know more about the bank policy and rule
