CIBC Branch with ATM

Friendly staff helpful with card problem and resolved

Staff at this branch are fine with openly judging you and talking about you to other customers when they don't realize that you're standing at the ATM within earshot. If you drive a commercial vehicle, don't stop here while you're at work. They clearly don't like seeing trucks in their parking lot. I think it's probably time I start looking for somewhere new to do my banking...and maybe that's not just branch, but company.

Today I went there to open my New account the bank manager was so helpful and explained me everything.

All the staff were so nice and helpful and Erin was so Nice and Supportive.Thank you for your precious time and service.

Great Bank, Friendly Staff & always going out of the way To make sure You, the customer is looked after. 5/5 stars, Will Continue to bank with Cibc NOTL for Excellent Customer Service. Even The manager Comes out and Greets the customers, and they always have fresh Coffee/Water
