CIBC Branch with ATM

One star for Barak or something similar for finishing a transaction and then making me wait while he listened to the woman talking for 10 minutes about her life and day while I waited with a child next in line. Not helpful on Christmas Eve !

Withdrew several thousand from the ATM machine here. Machine spit out my card and receipt but no cash-it just went back to the startup screen. No message or anything. A little unnerving! Went in to ask a teller - she just rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Pathetic customer service. Time to change banks.

I had contact with one of loan officers and a teller. Loan officer gave me a lot of information to work with and they were very helpful.

On Friday afternoon, May 3rd, I stumbled at the back entrance of the branch and planted my face against the steel fence/railing. To the 5-6 kind folks from the bank, including the branch manager and 3-4 employees, a security guard, a nurse and a gentleman who did some damage to his wrist helping me, a HUGE THANK YOU. I have mobility problems, and getting me on my feet is no mean task. I am very appreciative of the help from each of you. (to the little blonde that smacked me in the face, the shiner is coming out nicely; probably better tomorrow. ;-) You were all tremendously helpful. I thank you. Bob Hanes

Just left the Grimsby branch. Not one person on duty. Apparently they are on lunch. If your going to be open you need more than one person. They can certainly raise your banking fees yearly for less service. Time to look for another banking institution.
