What a great little shop ! Stopped by here for the first time today . Everything is local from surrounding farmers . Meats are antibiotic free and raised humanely. The nice butcher guy explained all the farms they work with and how the Meats are raised . They also have some game meat . I haven't cooked the meats I got yet but everything looked fresh . Edit : tried the chicken and damn it is fantastic!!!!!

Happy with the nice ground beef I like the way it had a good amount of fat and that it was finely ground The choices and selections are impressive and it’s nice that we have a butcher that gets it
