Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Everytime my wife and I have gone here, we usually get what we pay for and everything is fine and dandy. Last night I we went again and I asked for my steak to be medium rare and came back rare and almost cold. They reheated it and it was better afterwards but when the bill came nothing was taken off. I mean, at least comp the soft drink I had?!? At the end of the day after spending 30 on a steak dinner, you'd expect a good quality meal. A little disappointing!

1/2 priced apps.. And the cheapest but always the best steak and lobster.. Never have I had a bad surf and turf For the price.. And the ribs are also my fave.. Like this place the best In Niagara cuz the staff doesn't smell like an old shoe.

We came to Chucks St.catharines. We were seated within 2 minutes of arrival..Hannah our Server was very pleasant and attentive.. service was amazing and Friendly..it was her 1st day and she knocked it out of the park . She will be a definite asset to this location...amazing meal ..Will be back

Delicious food and generous portions. Our server was super nice 👌. Specials on appetizers after 9 pm and on ribs on Wednesdays. We'll definitely be back.

Terrible food now. Used to be so good. Was served freezing cold soup and burnt steak. My son couldn’t even eat his steak it was so burnt on outside. Also way smaller portions than before will not be returning. We used to go there every other week and it’s been getting worse every time… previous to this time the lobster was so dry.
