Went to celebrate my sister’s birthday (we were only staying for the night in Niagara and her birthday was the next day) and Kira was our server. From the get go, she was so friendly and helpful. Our mom accidentally ordered “medium well done” and didn’t realize that means it’s not cooked through all the way so we were contented with just taking it home but Kira came by and checked on us and was more than happy to take it back to the kitchen and throw it on the grill for us which made our experience so much better because our mom was a little disappointed at herself for not knowing steak terminologies. Kira was so kind to us, always making sure we were okay and the hostess was also very helpful in allowing us to shift to another booth as the front door kept blowing cold air in when people were entering and exiting. Also, they have the best surf and turf deal which tasted amazing and all in all the entire experience was awesome! Thank you so much Kira!!!

Was here with my wife for dinner. We both had steak but mine was a surf and turf. Service was good and fast. The steak was very good and the server, when it was brought to our table she asked us to cut into it to check if it's how we wanted it, both were cooked the way we asked. Lobster was soooo good I ordered a second one. Price was very reasonable and experience was fabulous will definitely go back here again.

Chuck’s is a great place to hang out, especially after 9 PM when the half-priced wings and appetizers are an absolute steal. The value for money is excellent, portions are generous, and the food tastes great. The atmosphere is lively and fun, making it a perfect spot to relax with friends. Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for good food at a great price!

My dad and I have been regular customers at Chuck’s Restaurant in Niagara Falls (near Clifton Hill) for the past few years, and it’s always a highlight of our visits. The atmosphere is welcoming, the beer is always cold, and nothing beats their T-Bone steaks, our absolute favourite! A special shoutout goes to the manager, Jason, and our favorite waitress, Lindsey. They always go above and beyond to accommodate us and make every visit enjoyable. Their friendly service truly makes us feel like valued guests. And for dessert, the Buckaroo is a must-try. The perfect way to finish a great meal. Highly recommend Chuck’s to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a place that feels like home.
