Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill

I’ve visited this Chuck’s location a few times, as well as other locations within the franchise, and have typically had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this recent visit was very disappointing. We attended as a group of seven (four men and three women) to celebrate an anniversary. Everything started off well, and we each ordered steaks cooked to varying temperatures (medium rare through well done). When the food began arriving, only four plates were served — all of the men’s meals (medium well). We were advised that the remaining steaks (medium rare) were still being prepared. It then took an additional 10–15 minutes for the remaining three plates to arrive. By the time the women at the table received our meals, the others were nearly finished eating. Being served at noticeably different times created an awkward and disappointing dining experience. A celebratory dinner should feel shared, and it’s not enjoyable when part of the table is eating while others are left waiting — or when some guests are finished before others have even been served. To add to this, one of the medium rare steaks that arrived was extremely rare — significantly undercooked. Given the extended wait time, this was quite surprising. We sent it back, but by the time it was corrected and returned, the rest of the table was essentially finished with their meals. Aside from a brief apology, there was no acknowledgment or effort made to address the situation. Our table spent over $300, and unfortunately the overall service and food quality did not reflect that level of cost. It’s disappointing to leave a negative review, especially since we’ve had good experiences in the past, but this visit did not meet expectations. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this location.

my friends and I always enjoy going to Chuck’s. We never have to wait for a table. Food service is great always very fast. I want to thank Brooke F for making our experience very unforgettable. Her attention and kind approach complemented the meal and made us feel like valued guests. definitely will be back thanks :)

We stopped in as we heard a lot about this location. Waited about 10 minutes to get a table, lots of people dining in which is great to see. Food was good with decent prices. Service was great! See you next time

Went on a work day around lunchtime. No wait, not usually busy. The waitress was nice and quick. The food was really really good. The lobster was definitely the highlight. Parking is a bit hard to find but this restaurant is great overall :)
