Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

I had such a great experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse thanks to Tara! She is such a kind and funny server who really makes you feel welcome the second you sit down. She has an amazing personality and keeps the whole table smiling the entire time. Tara made sure our food came out perfectly and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Tara she truly makes the experience even better. I will 100% be coming back again, and I highly recommend others do too!

I had a lovely experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. As soon as I walked in, the bartender, Nikki, greeted me and seated me at the bar. I ordered a ginger ale, which was nice and fresh; not flat like I’ve experienced at other locations. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Sid went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, kindly moving me to the dining area when I decided to order food. He was attentive without being overbearing, consistently checking in at the right times and making sure everything was just right. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and offered thoughtful recommendations, which made ordering easy. I ended up getting the chicken fingers and fries, and the portion was generous; I had enough to take home! Overall, the outstanding service made the entire experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse. The food was really nice—fresh, hot, and great quality—but the service was truly the best part of the night. Our server Sid, was incredible. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. If you go, definitely ask for Sid’s section. We’ll be back for sure!

I loved the dining, i love chucks overall but this one stood my expectations . I usually start off with quesadillas and go from there my friend ordered a steak whom he loved, especially service from the tattooed guy Sid who provided exceptional service! He was kind and kept a nice smile, my friend was having a bad day he uplifted his mood which i really loved. Overall 9.8/10 exp. Would recommend it!

I was stranded in Fort Erie and wound up in Chuck's. What an incredible place! Brandy, behind the bar was awesome, incredible service. The new found friends made me feel right at home and a wonderful lady helped arrange transportation over the border to Buffalo. Everyone was great, and so friendly. Food was good as well. Great experience, everyone at Chucks helped make an incredibly bad day so much better. I will always stop in Chucks going through Ft Erie! Thank you!
