The aestheticians are very professional, knowledgeable and well trained in their craft. However, this is NOT a top tier spa. It took two days to get through to the front desk even after leaving messages. We were welcomed to the spa by the front desk and given keys to our lockers with no other instruction other than, tap the key. It was not that easy at least three other women were also struggling with this not so simple task. Once in the lounge area our beautiful table over looking the falls had a bouquet of dried dead roses on it. Not very appealing. The massage chairs for our pedicures did not work and were not comfortable. As we were celebrating an anniversary I wanted to enjoy two glasses of Champaign during our pedicures. It was like pulling teeth trying to arrange this. We ask to swap technicians for a service, also an issue. While having our pedicures a technician snapped very loudly and unprofessionally at one our technicians. Overall if I’m spending over $1,000 to go to a spa. My expectations are, a spa snack, fruit plat or other small nibble, we were there for over three hours, and a complimentary glass of wine, champagne or mocktail. I mean you should be rolling out the red carpet and we should not have to be doing gymnastics to make a special occasion feel special. Thank you so much to Shasteen and Heather for their exceptional service in a sub par environment. They are the reason our day was memorable.
View on GoogleThe view did not disappoint. The girls were all sweet and the customer service aspect was amazing. Other massages I’ve had were way better and so were the facials. Kinda overpriced in that aspect. However I did go down on the amount of time to do the facial so in their defense maybe it would have been better idk. We did the hydro tub, then couples massage, and then I got a facial. It was over $600. Price kept changing and also got hit with fees here and there so expect to not be quoted the correct price. I wouldn’t get a massage or facial ever again there, but would definitely go back to get in the hydrotub with that view. It’s a very unique experience and for that I’m not upset about the price.. I gave an extra star for the girls, because of their service and how they switched everything up to cater to me.
View on GoogleThe Swedish relaxation massage is nice, great therapist. Taking out one star for the general services. Complementary tea is also nice. I wasn’t sure how to book the hydrotherapy tub, so I called the number on google but couldn’t reach anyone. They called back the next day but I couldn’t pickup my bad. But when I call back on the same number, it’s a huge menu of selections of the hotel booking, there’s no option for the spa, and I don’t know the extension, so turned out my inquiry never got answered before I arrived. I would suggest the front desk to leave voicemail message when calling guest, informing about the extension and details. And update phone number on google if necessary. The route from parking lot to here is complicated, although the email informed about how to reach from lobby and where to park, I’d suggest adding more details about which parking lot to use and how to get the directions.
View on GoogleThe experience was top notch 10 out of 10 recommend! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and ease, and it was so relaxing. The masseuse was highly professional, and everything just felt so great! The Hydrospa tub was one of a kind overlooking the falls.
