Chris Bittle- Member of Parliament, St. Catharines

I wrote to Mr. Bittle back in 2020 during Covid on messager and I thought he could help me out with something. But I got a rude answer when asking for help for someone who can’t wear a mask due to health reasons. Before all this I was looking foreword in getting help from Mr. Bittle when the federal election in 2019, polls in one area gave me nothing but harassment when wanting to vote, problems with the 🪪 info and proof of address. But when 2020 hit then I changed my tone when that incident happened when wanting his help with that mask issue. His answer had nothing to do with what I was looking foreword or how it was relevant to the question. I am not going to be rude or uncharitable about this on this review. But disappointed, olive branches are always welcome with me.

Very helpful office. I contacted them regarding an IRCC process that had been stuck for over six months. I spoke with Garrett, who was absolutely wonderful, he took the time to listen carefully and understand my situation. On my behalf, they followed up with IRCC, and my pending process was resolved within a week. Amazing work and an amazing team. Thank you so much, Garrett and Mr. Bittle!

Stop sending me your waste of paper propaganda for your government that does nothing and spend that money on making positive change. Since you've been elected for St. Catharines I've seen nothing but this city get worse and the homeless and drug problem grow.

I visited Mr. Chris Bittle's office today seeking urgent help with my PR card, as I need to travel to my hometown to care for my sick mother who is alone. PR card did not arrive even after the normal wait time and I was under a lot of stress and felt out of options. Mr. Owen at the office welcomed me with a warm smile, listened patiently, took down my details, and assured me that they would reach out to immigration on my behalf. I left the office with a lighter heart, knowing that someone cared and was willing to help during a difficult time. Thank you to Mr. Chris Bittle, Mr. Owen and the entire team for the incredible support you're providing to the people of St. Catharines. I feel truly grateful and proud to be part of this community. 😊

Some time ago I'd called Mr. Bittle's office for help with an immigration issue for my wife and they did nothing to help. There was no answer whenever I called so I left a lengthy message with detail. The next week I received a call back from a man stating, "I was told to call you". I asked him what he thought about my message and he said he didn't listen to it (!?!) Fine, I'll explain the situation again - the Liberal government outsourced immigration to companies in third world countries and the application seems stuck in limbo, can you please help me? I was literally told there was nothing they can do and "it is what it is." Frustrated with a lack of empathy or help, I called the neighbouring Conservative office and initially they'd said it would be bad form to help me since they're in another riding but when I said I was desperate and couldn't get help from my MP Chris Bittle, Anna in the Fort Erie Conservative office went over all my paperwork with me, officially stamped a letter requesting more information, and made numerous calls on my behalf to the immigration people. I don't know if she had an impact but she did what Chris Bittle didn't do, she tried her best.
