When I originally used Shannon Quinn I was just overwhelmed by how fantastic they were and how friendly they addressed their clients. Unfortunately I needed them again. Shannon has left so I attempted to use Roseanne as that's the suggested family lawyer by the secretary. Roseanne however apparently hates money so therefore does not return calls to even state she cannot take your case. I am now using a completely different firm because of this.

Received a Facebook messenger message from Sandra looking for my ex husband. I am not associated with him and have no idea how she got my information to contact me as my name online is different from his. I don’t appreciate being contacted about him and then she also sent me an inappropriate photo, I’m assuming on error. Not very professional.

Rosanne is an amazing lawyer very respectfull. Great staff she was always at court with me on time or early and she won my case. Definitely would recommend using her as a lawyer

I would give negative stars if I could. Retained Paul Bauerle for a very straightforward family law matter: no court appearances, no briefs, just completing forms. He assured us they would be filed in plenty of time. Several months later, literally the only work he had done was a single one page form, which had been rejected by the court clerk. He had the gall to hold back almost $500 from the retainer. I took him to a tribunal and got my money back. Went to Lancaster, Brooks, and Welch and had no problems. Should have gone there first.

Back when I had legal troubles as a youth I used David Ker who is a great lawyer. Very trustworthy and a good man. Firm has many other lawyers too which I am unfamiliar with but from my times visiting the firm in person everyone was friendly.
