Chippawa Lions Club

A great park run and operated by a great community organisation. The splash pad, kids safe playground, washroom and parking, basketball and baseball, it really has it all.

Went to the annual murder mystery dinner and show. So much fun! And for such a good cause.

Attended the fair with my children. They had a wonderful time. A great fund raiser. Happy to have participated.

"Cruised" by there Wednesday late afternoon, and went to watch some baseball tryouts, and to a very cool car show. Both events were unexpected, and turned out to be a blast. We ending up staying about three hours. Met a new friend Jeff with an awesome 84 Vette, who was excited to show us his beautiful car. The moral of the story is to park your car. Get out. Walk around. Say hi. Ask questions. And get a hot dog. Much of life is what you make out of it. Thumbs up to the Chippawa Lions Club for making their well kept grounds and facilities available for these type of fun local events. Cheers

Carnival was fun! Almost no line ups, food from Lions Club tasty as always. Only caveat? Deep fried food truck charging $15 each for a funnel cake! Seriously?!?
