Chatime Bubble Tea

I’m a regular Chatime customer and was very happy to see one here at Niagara Falls. My usual order is Brown Sugar Oat Milk, which — at other Chatime locations — always comes with salt crema, brown sugar pearls, and oat milk. My husband ordered the drink for me, but when he asked the staff to include salt crema (since it didn’t appear on the screen), they said, “This drink doesn’t come with salt crema.” That was surprising, since every Chatime store I’ve visited in other cities includes it by default. If the store was temporarily out of salt crema, that’s understandable. But instead of explaining that, they insisted the drink never includes it — which seems inconsistent with Chatime’s standard recipe (as listed on their website and menus at other locations). I’m sharing this for future customers who might have similar expectations. The drink itself tasted fine, but if you’re particular about your usual Chatime order, it may be worth double-checking how this location prepares it. Hopefully the store can ensure more consistency and clearer communication in the future — especially since many visitors are loyal customers familiar with Chatime’s usual recipes.

I ordered online for pick up, I waited too long because the staff is chatting with his friend. Also everything I ordered online he said he doesn’t have it for him not to make a drink for us. Unprofessional staff. He serve us a drink but it is not the normal and standard taste that we always ordered from this store. Taste like water 😡😡😡

Refreshing and satisfying! I got two brown sugar milk tea and Esha the barista was friendly and very accommodating!

We stopped by for a quick drink while it was hot out. Rather disappointed. We ordered milk taro bubble tea and it barely had any ice and was not mixed well.

The New Tropical Flavors were absolutely amazing & Beautiful with the bright sparkly shimmer! The Cold,refreshing Fruity Taste of peach and Lychee combined Is Gold!!🥹The Staff was So sweet and Nice,quick and Made our Drinks swiftly.It was a deightful moment and I would Definitely Order everyday If I could!! This is my Go-To Place whenever I needed a quick drink for anything!Shout out to the sweet Girl, Esha!! 5/5 stars 🌟
