Advisors couldn't advise or answer simple questions. For the entire 40 minutes that I was on premise, the vault for was left open even though no one was ever entering or exiting. I would not trust this credit union location with protecting my finances or other valuables.

Great Credit Union and the people who work at the Geneva location are very helpful and friendly.

Crazy attitude and eye rolling from the lady at the front

Be aware that if you do not have account with this credit union you cannot use debit card to make Visa payment. They will only accept cash and will charge you $3.50., The teller I dealt with was unfriendly and had an attitude. The other lady there (slightly older and with glasses) was nice. The only reason we had a Dejardin Visa was because we made a deferred payment purchase at a store. We will not be using their credit card again.

Multiple, daily, harassing phone calls on my cell phone for someone "Evelyn" who used to own my number yet they refuse to stop. I've filed a POLICE REPORT about this harassment hoping this will end it.
