This store is the best in the business! They know their customers by name, they have a family vibe in the store, the employees are talented and knowledge, and eager to share a laugh with you. Darren's knowledge is so vast, and he works around the clock. Most customers have his cell number and he does answer after hours. They are competitively priced and are as loyal to their customers as the customers are loyal to them, they have even supported my own business over the years! Always support local and keep the little guy winning!

The only music store I go to in Niagara to service my guitars and mandolin. Central Music has consistently provided excellent and affordable products and service since I began going there some 30 years ago. Highly recommended.

This music store is iconic, serving the Niagara region for decades since 1963. Family-run, very knowledgeable, and with their finger on the pulse of the music scene. It’s been the go-to place for many starting musicians as well as bands throughout the area. Great service, great equipment. Parking is limited — it’s street parking — but it’s definitely worth a stop when you’re in the region. Saluti

I ordered a bass online from Central Music never having done business with them before. I got absolutely the best service I could've asked for. As a lefty, i have to do a fair deal of gear buying online and Central was the best. There was even an issue with the financing aspect which was no fault of the store at all. Bob emailed me personally the next day and helped me out, as well as making an adjustment to the price of the bass because he noticed a small blemish before packaging and shipping. I probably wouldn't even have noticed, much less negotiated a deal. All communication was fast, efficient, friendly and fair. The bass was professionally packaged and shipped quickly.
