I cannot say enough good things about tim and his wife ! They have been nothing short of amazing on multiple occasions now for my elantra . My regular mechanic tried to tell me my car needed almost 3000$ in work when i took it to tim it was literally a 230$ repair, he also just did some work that required an alignment, when i noticed the car driving to the right he immediately had it taken back to the shop and fixed correctly. I am a single mom and having an honest mechanic is very hard to find let alone an affordable shop . Thank you for being an honest mechanic 🙏🏻

My appointment to change my winter tires was at 1 pm. After waiting for 30 mins at 1:30 the girl said " bad news, your service will be start around 2:30 and will be done at 3:30. No words for this. Plus ir is to difficult to find last minut appointment at this time for tire changed

Thank you, CC Auto! My 2008 Pontiac wouldn’t crank or start before. I had already spent hundreds of dollars and a lot of time at Canadian Tire without success. Tim professionally diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repair options and charges, and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. This family-run shop offers both friendly customer service and excellent mechanical expertise. I’ve been driving my car for several days since the repair, and the issue hasn’t returned. I highly recommend CC Auto for their honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing.

I recently did an oil change for my friend's car after it had driven 10,000 km. When I drained the oil, I was surprised to find that 5.5 liters of oil had been removed, even though the car only requires 4.4 liters. I’m sure Tim, the owner, and a skilled mechanic would not make this mistake, but it seems like the worker was a lack of attention to detail during the last oil change. While I appreciate the overall service in CC Auto, please be more careful with your job, even just an oil change. Fortunately, the car is fine for now, so i hope this review can help CC be better.
