Cave Spring - Winery Tasting Room

Passed by Cave Springs on the back home during a winery trip with the girls. We love the cave springs Pinot Grigio and always order it or pick it up at the LCBO. We got to try different wines that are not at the LCBO. It’s a very nice tasting room, they are also dog friendly. Dog items are on the menu and I was also able to pick up a little treat for my pup. It’s good to know for next time so she can join me and get her own barkcuterie board.

Hospitality 10/10 Wine 10/10 Good experience. Nicole & Nirvana suggested us some good wine. Will be back soon.

Went with some friends a couple of days ago and had a wonderful experience. Our wine consultant Mollie, was very knowledgeable and an absolute delight. She made the whole experience amazing. Definitely will be back. .

Lovely winery and even better somm who was excellent at describing the wines and how their flavour and varieties makes them unique. I absolutely loved their Riesling! It was the perfect combination of mineral acidity and sweetness - I’ve never had anything like it before. A flight is $20 for four, which is also an excellent price.

Tasting room was perfect. Not busy and got one-on-one attention with a staff member. 4 tastings for $20 and wonderful wine. Tons available for purchase. This is by far my favourite wine in Niagara!
