Its close to everything!!! We parked the car and walked. We visited end of August and this place turned out to be perfect for the amount of time we spent in our room. New owners took over recently so they were renovating at the time. Our room was not renovated yet, but it was clean and staff was friendly, accommodating and nice.
View on GoogleWas a little nervous after reading older reviews but heard it was under new management so decided to give them a shot and so glad we did. Staff was extremely friendly and price was great with none of the hidden fees other hotels like to sneak in.Room was very clean , comfortable and loved the new tv with Roku so was able to login to our Netflix and Disney's accounts.Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will stay there again.

They do not allow to see you the room until you pay(and obviously no refund) they had to move us to different room without cleaning our previous room(which we saw they put different guest on it) and the room that we got transfered, looks like someone else has just been there (with the bed not so tidy up and pillows not moved around a bit); luckily I brought sleeping bags which I put on top of the bed we used that night. Place was a total rip off.
View on GoogleThe couple who runs this Motel are always very friendly, they always provide excellent service and inspect the rooms before allowing you to enter! They also are very accepting of those with good, well behaved dogs. They are also very affordable for those travelling with children and pets. We have been here many times and we always choose to stay here due to how friendly and positive this couple is. The rooms are very clean, although to some people they may not be the most stylish but if you're looking for an affordable, clean, family-friendly place to stay during your travelling/exploring Niagara Falls I strongly suggest staying here.
View on GoogleHorrible place to stay. The location was great, but other than that everything was horrible. WiFi barely worked. Only a few channels on the TV. We were given a room with 2 double beds so my husband and I couldn't even sleep together. We were the only people who stayed the night so it's not like rooms were limited. Room was dirty and had a bad smell. For some reason the mattresses were wrapped in plastic and hard as rock. The worst part is we paid for 2 nights. After spending 1 horrible night, we checked out the next morning. The manager pointed to a sign saying "No Refund" when we asked for our money back for the 2nd night. Never trust a hotel where you have to pay up front before even seeing the room.
