We stumbled across Caswell’s while searching for a place in the Niagara region in order to acquire a suit for my son to attend his grandfather’s funeral. We were welcomed as we entered the store and then introduced to Linsay. She was amazing every step of the way! She was attentive and patient as she set about finding the right jacket, pants and shirt size. We were told pick up would be Friday, Linsay called on Tuesday to say it was ready, well in advance of the agreed day! She ensured that we had one less thing to worry about! Thank you so much Lindsay, we sincerely appreciated your help, care and exceptional service. I highly recommend Caswell's and Linsay!

My wife and I had an incredibly positive experience shopping at Caswell's. We had travelled to the Niagara area and had attended several men's shops looking for a suit for an upcoming wedding. Our experiences were mixed and it was becoming discouraging when I came across Caswell's listing in a Google search. At first I wondered if the extremely high Google rating could be accurate, but it was eye-catching to say the least. I thought I would call the store and tell them what I was looking for ahead of our visit. Even the telephone interaction was a game changer! I spoke to Allie, whom we also dealt with when we reached the store. Her commitment to the customer is incredible. The care and attention we received at the store was top rate. Allie went above and beyond to ensure that we found the suit and accessory package that was perfect. Beyond the great service we received, the quality and variety of the shop's stock was impressive. Caswell's prices were the icing on the cake - a great value for beautiful merchandise. Truly a 5 star experience!

Totally recommend Caswell's as we had a great experience. My son needed a suit for a formal birthday party. Pete was not only friendly and professional but he was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable. I was quite impressed of the brands they carried - especially a couple of Canadian brands from Montreal. A week later, I came back with my husband who needed a couple of new outfits for his new job in downtown Toronto. George helped us out and he was great to work with too. His attention to detail and patience helped my husband get the right outfits he needs to start off his new job on the right foot. Thanks Caswell's - we'll definitely be back!
