Castle went above and beyond at every opportunity. Customer service was excellent. Spent extra time with me explaining next steps and process throughout the whole renovation. Made sure finishing touches were thought of. Highly recommend.

Complex HVAC problem that has plagued the house for 2 decades. Steve was able to work some magic, and after cutting few holes in the drywall established that 2 cold air returns were not connected to the furnace and one hot air supply had a big hole cut right into the main supply buried in the wall. He was able to snake a new cold air return across the ceiling with two small holes, and for the first time the upstairs is warm and close enough to uniform. Great and complicated work that required an expert.

Very very poor customer service. Job took 1 hour to do and was charged for 6 - 8 hours of labour. Materials were inflated at least 400%. Would never recommend this Company to anyone for Commercial or residential work. Rude and not wanting to be transparent about these costs. What do you have to hide? Only when you are ripping off your customers are you not open and transparent. Would NEVER recommend Castle Plumbing & Heating.

Unfortunately, very poor customer service skills. The owner disputed with me the quality of his work after Castle Plumbing failed to identify and fix an a/c issue - stating "nothing can be done" and, admittedly, failed to check gas levels - and Lane Refrigeration was able to identify and fix the problem immediately. We were charged hundreds of dollars by Castle Plumbing for nothing. If you want professional and exceptional customer service call Lane Refrigeration - they showed us exactly what was going, showed us videos and took the time to fix the issue immediately. I believe Castle Plumbing is a scam of a business who would rather nix it's customers than actually do any work or care about customer service.

Called 'Castle Plumbing' for the first time today. They sent Steve out to trouble shoot our in floor heating. We have had it for 10 years. The issues are now resolved. Castle Plumbing & Steve deserve a 'standing ovation' from our quarters!
