I used this location today for banking needs and I was met with the sweetest two individuals, Salim and Tannu. Salim greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, despite being extremely busy. I felt very confident that I was in great hands and cared for. Tannu was training but I would have never known if I wasn’t told that. She made the transaction so smooth and simple. She knew exactly what she was doing. Both of you made my experience and day so much better with your kindness. Holidays are stressful enough for some of us, and I’m thankful for you both today for showing so much kindness to a new client. For anyone with banking needs, visit Salim and Tannu! :) you won’t regret it.

Anytime I come in here Salim is always there with a welcome face. He makes the process enjoyable. Tannu is a welcome face as well. She has been doing wonderful.

The older lady who works here is absolutely ignorant. Three times I’ve been to this location and have watched her embarrass customers including myself. I’m a loyal customer. Been for a while. I deal with the branch in st. Catharine’s and never had issues like this location. The first time I left because of house ignorant she was, embarrassed and very argumentative. I now returned because closer to my new home to make my payment and witness the same women being aggressive and ignorant switching customer to customer. Very unprofessional. Some people already feel uneasy coming to places like these and she makes it worse. 4 other people in the store witnessed and heard and stated how u professional as a worker.
