My first visit to the salon was amazing. I have been to several salons in multiple cities and provinces across Canada for years and this is the first salon that I have total satisfaction with their services . I was with the Vivi, she has done a phenomenal job. I struggle with nail biting and skin picking . She understood my goals and offered the best possible solution for me. The salon is neat and pleasant to visit . Technicians are service oriented and welcoming.

Very kind and professional staff. Great atmosphere and wifi for clients! I was taken right at my appointment time and Karen was so gentle and let me relax while watching my show on my phone. First time getting Poly Gel nails and Karen accomplished my requested inspo to an A++++ status. Have always been looking for a great salon, the price was a bit higher but reasonable for all the extras I got and removal of my old bio gel nails. Will be back and recommend to anyone interested in being pleased with their nails. Karen thank you for going above expectations and I’ll be double tipping next time as I did not have cash on me today.

Today I had my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last! I got nail extensions for the first time, and wow—Karen, my nail tech, did an amazing job! Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she made sure every nail was perfect. My expectations were exceeded, 100%! It’s a cozy little spot right by the water in the heart of Grimsby, with super friendly staff. 10/10, highly recommend!

I have been coming here for a year. I am always beyond happy with my experiences. I get my nails, brows, pedicures and massages here. Trust me. All the services are amazing!! My nails have always looked exactly like I wanted! Chan does my pedicures, brows and massages. She is fantastic! My pedicures and brows are perfect. The massages really work to alleviate the muscle pain I have from my job and my weight training. On top of this, the spa is always clean. This is my go-to place!

This is honestly one of my favorite nail salons in Ontario. The place is too cute it’s on “Grimsby on the Lake”. Every time I go for an appointment I feel like it’s an amazing self treat, the staff has insane energy and they treat their customers really well. This is definitely a “Customers First” place like I like to call it. They get out of their way to make you have a great experience! They even have an ATM machine inside, if you need to get some cash that’s one errand out of your way. I’ve been doing the bio gel for a couple of months now with Michael. He definitely knows what he’s doing. My nails have been super healthy and they stay well kept till my following appointment. The prices are pretty reasonable. Definitely recommend you try this place out!
