Karen did such an amazing job with my piercings. I came in a little nervous, but excited at the same time. But her vibe and very bubbly personality made it so easy to trust the process. She walked me through everything, and when the time came do the piercing it didn’t hurt a pinch. She is so sweet! If you’re deciding to pierce your ears, this is an amazing spot to do it!

We took my granddaughter to get her ears pierced yesterday and I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. The staff were knowledgeable and explained the after-care thoroughly with mom as well as reassuring her about the procedure. They were great with the baby and made it so stress-free for her that she barely fussed. She also got a certificate afterwards! I highly recommend them if you want to get a toddler’s ears pierced.

We took my 14-month old niece to get her ears pierced and the staff was AMAZING. They were reassuring to mom, excellent with the baby and it was so quick that the baby barely had time to notice it was happening. The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable- it made it an easy experience. And the little one got a certificate! Highly recommend this location if you want a child/toddler’s ears done!

We got our daughters ears pierced here at the beginning of the month and had a great experience. Our daughter is 2.5 and we were nervous as she was a little older. Stephanie built rapport with our daughter first, gentle on approaching her, made her comfortable, even got a smile out of her. She sat on my lap and they were able to pierce her ears with just a minute of crying. They gave her a brave bear sticker. My daughter was so happy smiling as she left. We would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter (7) and I got our second earlobe pierced this past weekend. The staff was friendly and clam though the whole process which helped ease our nerves. They were knowledgeable and kind. We appreciated the care and time you took for myself and my girl. Thank you! 💛
