If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We joined Caruso Taekwondo Academy after my sons spent one week at their summer camp, and then requested a second week! It was clear from day one that my boys, even my quiet and reserved 9-year old, felt comfortable and understood by Master Rachelle and Ms Kelsey. Now that we’ve signed up to be a part of the Academy, we are seeing our son’s self-confidence grow daily. I can’t thank Master Rachelle enough for truly seeing my son and helping him grow while she fosters a love in him for taekwondo. Not to mention, he is embracing the art and learning soooo much so quickly, thanks to these amazing ladies. Highly recommend Caruso Taekwondo Academy for anyone looking for a place to start with their kiddos where they will feel safe, valued and enriched!

Cannot say enough good things about Caruso Taekwondo! Master Rachelle and Miss Kelsey are so wonderful with kids. Our son takes awhile to get comfortable in group situations, so we truly appreciated that Rachelle and Kelsey were patient and gently encouraged him in a way that made him comfortable. His confidence has grown so much since attending Caruso Taekwondo. Highly recommend!

We love Caruso Taekwando, we’ve been apart of the academy for over a year and both my oldest kiddos love it. It’s not just a class, it’s a family, people who lift you up and support you. We’ve had the opportunity to do regular classes, sparring classes, camp days, attend out of town tournaments and be some special that allows my children to have great memories and great friends. They’re involved community events like the Santa Claus parade and donated to organizations for the cause. I highly recommend attending or asking anyone who’s been attending how it runs and I’ll tell you the academy is run with respect and true sportsmanship and leadership. We love Rach and Kels and the entire family.

Caruso Taekwondo Academy is an excellent place to bring your child or children to. The staff are all very professional at their craft, more importantly they know how to connect with the kids. Your child will be more confident, more respectful and most importantly more empowered to strive for higher standards. Very powerful gift to give your child to be part of Caruso Taekwondo Academy.

We love this place! My 4yo attends once a week and thrives. Master Rachelle is amazing with the kids — she holds their attention enough to teach them but with lots of flexibility, fun and play in each class. She is unflappably patient and kind! Her assistant, Kelsey, works attentively in the background, helping classes to run smoothly. They are both friendly, professional and know what they’re doing! If we lived a little closer I’d take some adult classes too.
