This is my favourite Carters store ! Employees are always friendly and willing to help ( shout out too my favourite sales associate Gina ) . The quality of their clothes is excellent and prices are reasonable. The store is always organized and clean . Keep up the good work ladies !

Rude, unprofessional staff member who has no interest to help. Wouldn’t return something for me , even with a gift receipt. Asked me to drive back to the location the original purchaser lives, as I need their original form of payment. (2 hour drive from niagara). I asked for a store credit or exchange and was even given a run around for that too. I had original receipt AND gift receipt. Unbelievable. Never going back again and advising all my family and friends around me, not to either.

They have really cute clothes but when I shop I don’t like to be followed and watched. I’m 9 months pregnant and pretty large so not really sure where I’m going to run to 😂

I had to buy my god daughter something cute for her birthday & stopped by this location. Gina the sales associate helped me pick out some really cute clothing pieces & gave guidance for sizing. Great customer service!!
