CARSTAR St. Catharines

I had a lovely experience with CarStar recently. When I brought my car in to obtain a quote, I was not anticipating it being deemed a no drive. The staff were amazing arranging the pick up by Enterprise and answering my questions regarding the processes with the rental as well as my insurance company. The staff were professional, friendly and kind, and my bumper looks great! Throughout the process I felt as though it was important to the staff at CarStar that I was happy with my experience with them...and I was.

Not only was he knowledgeable about the repair process, but he also took the time to explain everything in detail, which put my mind at ease. My car was repaired beautifully – it looked amazing! I’m really impressed with the quality of the work, and the customer service was top-notch throughout the entire experience. Blake made the whole process smooth, from start to finish, and I left feeling like I was in great hands. Highly recommend Carstar, and especially Blake, for anyone looking for expert repairs and great customer care!

I had an amazing experience at CarStar! Janelle did an exceptional job keeping me informed and updated about my vehicle every step of the way. She walked me through the entire process, explained how long the repairs would take, and made sure I understood everything clearly. She was patient, respectful, and very professional. Janelle provided all the information I needed without me having to ask. Her communication and customer service were outstanding. I truly appreciate her dedication and care. Couldn’t be happier with Blake and the team at Carstars St Catharine’s. I feel like I’m driving a brand new truck again. Perfect paint match, super clean work, finished quicker than expected… they went above and beyond. Great customer service and all around very professional. Highly recommend.

Fixed my bumper for a reasonable price! Was a quick turnaround too! I’m very picky, and yet very satisfied with their work. Great place and great people!
