The staff @ Carstar went above and beyond. The staff was great. When I arrived They explained everything from the quote, insurance report to what they're going to do to repair the vehicle. While I was going over the process they had taken care of contacting the car rental company on my behalf. The staff brought me to the rental company to pick up my rental. When I returned to pick up my vehicle they returned the rental on my behalf. Throughout the repairs carstar kept me well informed how things were progressing. When I received my vehicle back it looked amazing. They were an amazing team. I highly recommend carstar.

Hands down the best auto body shop experience I’ve had. From the moment that I stepped foot into the shop, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly greeting. They were very professional and timely while repairing my vehicle within a couple of days. When my car was ready to pickup, I was able to leave my rental car with them which was so convenient. They made all necessary replacements to my car’s exterior and went above and beyond by vacuuming and wiping down the interior, even placing my kids toys in the dash which was a sweet touch. I absolutely would recommend their services and have already spread the word to a few friends.

Before and after pictures speak for them selves. Super friendly, informative, and a very good job from their whole team. Took a month, with no fault of Thiers. An extensive repair with a lot of replacement parts. Great staff, had questions when I picked up the vehicle. Did a thorough walk through after, as well as invited me back to ensure everything was good. Vehicle was detailed very well afterwards 🙏🏽.bonus they have a coffee station while you wait for a free estimate.

I'm a thrilled with the work and care Car Star gave to my Betty 😉 after my accident. They restored her to her original beauty. Thomas was extremely kind as I was very upset about the damage.
