Steve had a 2014 Chevy Orlando for sale looked good low KMS offered it for good price $10.000 said it came with winter tires 2 days later we go to pick it up he say there was a snag... The winter tires were not the ones that were for car so he offered to reduce price of car I told him no we wanted the winter tires then he told us he would buy bratndw wintery tires and rims in few days ... 3 days later still no winter tires we keep calling him he made excuses a week later I called he told me winter tires are here we go I see there used winter tires one had a cut sidewall then he offered to replace one tire we agreed then days later he called we got the winter tires then next day engine light came on we took it back he cleared code told us to come back if light comes on 23 hours later the car died in middle of intersection. We had to call tow truck to tow back to his dealership the engine died next morning a least he offered our money back so we gladly took our money back Be careful when buying a older car

I was searching for a specific car and luckily I found it at CarSmart Niagara. Steve was excellent to work with - not push at all. He was very knowledgeable about the various models. This was a higher end car with more "bells and whistles". Steve took the time to go over all of the options, not once, but twice - to make sure I understood everything. I was very pleased that he could look after licensing/plating the vehicle as well - one more thing I didn't have to worry about. I would not hesitate to buy a car from Steve again.
