An excellent visit and a new tradition for our annual work trip. We ordered the bruschetta, salmon, and the chocolate truffle dessert. We also had some of the Chateau des Charmed Sauv Blanc. This was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Bruschetta was extremely fresh, veggies were grilled and seasoned perfectly, salmon was met-in-your-mouth delicious. Looking forward to coming back again. We were served by Hudson who was extremely friendly, attentive, and also gave us adequate space. I dug in before I could get a picture.

View on GoogleMy partner and I decided to try Carpaccio for the first time, when we visit Niagara we always pass it. The food was absolutely insane, we inhaled it because of how amazing it is. The waitress Lisa was so sweet, the General Manager Joe came to introduce himself and chat with us after our meal. We saw him check all the food coming out, the detail was amazing. As Italians, it can be hard to find an authentic place and this was it! This is going to be our spot everytime we come to niagara.

View on GoogleA Must-Visit for Italian Cuisine Lovers! I had the pleasure of visiting Carpaccio's Restaurant in Niagara Falls over the Easter weekend while spending time with family. Knowing my love for Italian food, they brought me here—and wow, what a fantastic choice! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the manager, Danny, whose friendly, bubbly personality instantly set the tone for a great experience. He made us feel truly welcomed and genuinely wanted our visit to be memorable—and he did not disappoint! Danny seated us and took our drink orders, and shortly after, our wonderful server arrived with our beverages and details on the daily specials (which all sounded amazing). We decided to share a few appetizers as our meal and ordered the charcuterie board, fried calamari, and arancini (crispy risotto balls)—and let me just say, everything was phenomenal. Each dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Beyond the delicious food, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was equally impressive—relaxing, stylish, and welcoming. This was hands down one of the best Italian dining experiences I’ve had. Kudos to the entire team at Carpaccio’s—keep doing what you’re doing. Superb all around!
