Visited this CarePartners facility for 5 weeks. This is the best place to go to for bandage changing. Highly recommend them. The staff are very professional and caring. Thank you.

Horrible experience. One particular nurse did not hooked up machine while giving meds and the line was left on the ground with it pouring out. Once told, she picked it up off the ground and just reinserted back in without cleaning/replacing it. She also did not correctly set up machine to go home and a whole antibiotic treatment was missed. Same nurse also knocked over a freshly bought coffee and just threw it out. Also, when trying to have small talk she was extremely rude. Very upset over this horrible experience especially while being treated after a hospital stay.

I am hoping more people go and review this amazing option. Every visit has been quick, thorough and professional. They answer all your questions as best as they can with patience and professionalism, never feel rushed or not heard. More people should know about this option that could prevent long ER waits for post operative concerns for your wounds when you ant see your physician or surgeon. Call here first and have your physician refer you, a physician referral helps if they have that too to share information back and forth and do anything additional outside of basic wound care. Amazing hours accommodating most. Even when calling in, so polite and courteous knowing we are likley concerned, in pain and need help. Simply giving me peace of mind is worth at least a 5 star and preventing more serious complications. Thank you Care Partners keep up the great work and keep smiling 😃 I wish I had everyone's name but all staff have been amazing!

Worst service ever, they were taking out/re inserting a catheter for my father. We went three times. Every time was a nightmare, when we came in at 8am (his appointment time) he had to wait an extra hour for the right nurse to show up. I usually never say stuff like this but they can NOT speak proper English, heavy Indian/foreign accent (not that I have anything against that, but just to confirm why they are 1 star).
