Called to make an appointment for my husband as he was referred to Dr Tan due to hospitalization). I was told after waiting for 2 weeks and not getting an appointment that Dr Tan referred my husband to another doctor. I only found out about this as I called. Simply, was not an urgent appointment. The secretary was very rude cutting me off, unsympathetic to my husbands needs to the urgency of the appointment (needed to see the doctor as he was scheduled for eye surgery and needed the “ok”). I feel compassion has left the building and should be emphasized when dealing with people having or going through stressful situations.

Dr. Hammed is very thorough, takes time to explain things so I can understand them. Friendly and nice.

Great experience from entry to exit. My cardiologist is very thorough and efficient. All the staff in the front were exceptional and so efficient by the time I got out they had all my requisitions complete and ready to go extremely friendly making a bit of a stressful experience experience, somewhat enjoyable.

Dr Lamba is great. Front reception is out to lunch , screwed up appointment times on both me and my daughter. Today sat there an extra hour cause they didn't push notification button for technicians in office that I was there. Thanks , great work.
