I want to thank Kirk and the sales team at Kia Cardinal for such a great experience. The entire process took less than 30 hours from start to finish. I arrived at 11:30, pointed to the Telluride I was interested in, and within 10 minutes I was already out on a test drive. The process was smooth, straightforward, and respectful of my time. By the next day at 1:00 PM, I was driving the vehicle home. Buying a car can often feel stressful or drawn out, but this was the complete opposite. The team was efficient, helpful, and made the experience easy from beginning to end. I really appreciated how quickly everything moved while still feeling taken care of as a customer. I see so many good reviews that I felt so motivated to make my own. I have been here before with my mom and then myself for a potential car myself. My mother was treated with utmost respect from sales pro Kirk who has gotten so many positive reviews from every one else. It’s very true. He indeed is a good sales man, for surely kind hearted and in it for the right reasons. Rana in finance is amazing. My sales rep I dealt with, Nirmal is very knowledgeable and always ready to help me and was excellent to work with, especially when we first met. I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful staff at Cardinal Kia today and was lucky enough to have Paul Sadowsky as my sales rep. Extremely knowledgeable and professional but so very personable at the same time. First time I ever had fun buying a car! He answered all my questions and also added info he deemed important (without being condescending) which was appreciated. Then, I was introduced to Majid Sheikh, the sales manager. Again, very professional but we sure had a few laughs. When my decision was made, I met Durda Falivena to complete the paperwork. Like Paul and Majid, she was absolutely amazing as well. Financial stuff is tedious but Durda was fast and efficient and gave me great advice. Cardinal Kia made my car buying experience absolutely positive and I left feeling very happy. Both with my vehicle choice…and my dealership choice. Go and see these guys-you’ll be glad you did!
