Stay far away from this place , unless you want to sleep beside the cockroaches and bugs and , it’s so uncomfortable because they don’t even clean under the bed and the pillows have some yellow stains from other people’s saliva , there’s cigarette butts in the ac/ heating unit, oh don’t forget the arrogance of the management there . I can keep going on and on about our bad experience.

Place was sooo dirty. I could only stand in the middle of the room. To scared to touch anything. Couch full of food crumbs. Wall full of stains. Floors and baseboards were gross. Under beds were gross. Beds had old sheets not fresh. Bathroom was gross. Seems exaterated but omg. Had to leave for anything but there. Should have taken pics

It was a good experience staying at the motel. The location of this place was very good as it had everything you need throughout the day. It’s close to the Falls, Casino and Clifton hill. Surrounding area was also safe and family friendly. The service was great as well. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Had a great stay at the Caravan Inn Motel in Niagara Falls. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is convenient close to the main attractions yet quiet enough to relax. Overall, excellent value for the price. Would definitely recommend this motel and would happily stay here again!

Caravan Inn Motel: ⭐ 1 out of 5 stars Not Worth the Price or the Trouble I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. The room was shockingly dirty—stained sheets, dusty surfaces, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. The odor in the lobby was overpowering, like a mix of cat litter and mildew, which should’ve been my cue to walk away. the one we finally got had no working TV or internet, dirty the toilet leaked with every . . Paid $340 a night was a wasted. I understand budget motels aren’t luxury resorts, but basic cleanliness and functioning amenities shouldn’t be negotiable. Until serious improvements are made, I do not recommend this place. Need renovation
