**Amazing Quality and Exceptional Service!** I recently visited Cantex Showroom to purchase bed linens and bath linens, and I was blown away by the experience. The variety of textiles available is incredible, from soft linen sheets to beautiful handwoven throws. The quality of the linen is outstanding—breathable, luxurious, If you’re looking for Ibex flannel blanket! Look no further! You’ll find it at Cantex. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through different fabric choices and helping me find exactly what I needed without being pushy. I’ll definitely be coming back for more linens for my Air BNB and I highly recommend Cantex to anyone looking for high-quality linens and textiles. Thanks!- JS
View on Google**Beware of bleach-resistant salon towels** We ordered 48 salon towels 2 weeks ago, received them, and have used them a handful of times. The towels have bleach marks on them within the first few uses even though they advertise as being "Bleach-resistant". When I called and spoke to a representative she argued that bleach-resistant and chemical durability are not the same as bleach-proof. As a consumer, I would disagree and say they're falsely advertising their products online. When I called about my disappointing experience and asked if I could send them back to receive a refund, they told me they wouldn't be able to do so. I am posting this review in hopes that other salon owners that are looking for bleach proof towels do not end up in the same situation that we did.
View on GoogleMy wife and I first came to know of Cantex after we stayed at a hotel in Niagara where there pillows were very comfortable for my wife's neck, we asked the hotel and they gave us Cantex information, we reached out to them and our call was answered by Jenny who has been great to work with, she is very professional and friendly, she was constantly following up from when we place an order and until we receive it then she will follow up again to see how the pillows are working for us a week or two after. We ordered twice and both experiences have been great, my wife liked there pillows a lot so we ended ordering pillows for all our children and guest rooms. Our friends tried them and they also wanted us to order for them. Each order took about 2 weeks from when we placed the order but Jenny explained that in advance and it's because they make them when orders are placed, shipping was very reasonable priced too so we choose to ship to our residence instead of picking up ... we highly recommend Cantex after both experiences and we will be checking some of there other beddings soon too.
View on GoogleI ordered 12 pillowcases from Cantex, along with some other items. The package of pillowcases contained only 7, missing 5. I contacted Customer Service to ask if I might order another 12, with the cost reflecting a credit for the missing 5. I was not terribly put out about this--things happen. The credit was approved and an online invoice sent. The pillowcases arrived yesterday--a perfect set of 12 for the cost of 7 and no shipping charges applied. I was most impressed with the way in which my problem was handled and the speed with which it was done. I was pleased with the timely and friendly emails from Jenny and Sidra. I would certainly order from Cantex again based on their products and customer service.
View on GoogleI have been ordering products from this company since 2017 and I am always so impressed with the customer service; they are really polite, very knowledgeable and know how to handle issues very professionally. I am a small business owner and I purchase all of my products that I require to fulfill my clients custom linen orders from Cantex. I used to purchase from so many different/other suppliers and now I specifically choose to order from Cantex. Simply because their customer service far exceeds all other (wholesale/retail) companies, in regards to meeting my specific needs. The last time I placed an order there was a slight delay, but it was understandable because of the holiday season and everyone trying to deal with the effects of Covid-19. I was informed by their customer care agent (pretty quickly after confirming my order) that there would be a delay. I was so impressed with how they made a point to go above protocol to let me know about the delay... So many other companies I have dealt with in the past don't inform you or even provide you with an updated status on your order until you call or complain! I cannot wait to receive my most recent order - Blankets, Aprons, and Napkins. PS. They have the best Ibex Blankets (I haven't been able to find these anywhere else, since Sears closed!) Plush Blankets and Duvets. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and to anyone looking for great quality products with exceptional pricing!
