Pay for a service and they dont provide said service one day express still waiting 4 days later! Horrible Canada post is better then this! Now they can't find my address! I believe there in different city according to there tracking system, and I've been on the phone over 30 minutes! My info was given right!

View on GoogleI was supposed to receive a delivery on Friday, August 15th,2025. I was at home, but a notice was on my door, that it would be re-delivered on Monday, August 18th, not only was I home, I was at the front of my property staining a new fence, again - no delivery . Called Customer service Tuesday morning and talked to a very helpful lady who told me my package was in the terminal waiting to be picked up. I am an 82 year old widow, I do not drive and was advised that if the driver had already left the terminal I may not get my delivery until tomorrow. I FIND THIS TO BE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Afternoon of August 19th I called Canpar and explained my situation and asked for it to be forwarded to Management and I am so happy to say that Canpar came through and my delivery was at my house today. Thank you to all concerned.
View on GoogleWorst, most unreliable service on the planet Earth. Save your time and money, go ANYWHERE else. Scheduled pick up and they sent an email saying the pickup would be August 4th, 2025. Which of course, was a stat holiday so, they didn't show up. Called and was told they would be there the 5th. No one showed up. Called and was then told that the wrong dispatch was notified and instead of Etobicoke, St Catharines should have been dispatched, so they said they fixed it and someone would pick up August 6th. No one showed. Called again and was told that a manager had instructed the driver to go pick up on August 7th...you guessed it, no one showed. They can't handle their own business. They can't figure out how to do a pick up. They can't figure out who to hire for customer service, nor how to train them. STEER CLEAR.
View on GoogleI have given reviews on Canpar before because they always seem to go above an beyond when necessary. Everyone on the Canpar staff that I have encountered is courteous and as helpful as they possibly can be. Recently, Tim Barber at the Edmonton location went ABOVE AND BEYOND in every way to make sure that a very very important shipment landed safely and on time. Had it not been for his willingness to help and speed, we might have missed it. Thanks to Tim and Canpar, keep up the good work!
