I have never met so many unprofessional people under one roof they try bully tactics and can’t even get the information correct after being asked several Times … of all the HOA I have dealt with over the years these have to be the worst .. I wish we could get a new management company I guess they feel they are not in customer service
View on GoogleI had to give one star because that Is the lowest you can go Cannon and Greco is a horrible management company. They do not listen to the residence people on the boards quit. The buildings are poorly managed. They make terrible choices. They don’t answer phone calls and when they do, they promise and then of course nothing gets done. I would not EVER hire them to manage my properties.
View on GoogleMy experience with Cannon Greco has been disappointing. Despite submitting the required ownership transfer documents for my property in September, they failed to process the change in a timely manner. This oversight led to unnecessary penalties and fees being charged to the new owner—fees that should never have been incurred if their office had handled the paperwork properly. They lied saying the email was not delivered. (if it's real that a person has left a position and their email is now "invalid", not forwarding emails to another person is professional negligence. The lack of accountability and the burden placed on others due to their administrative inefficiency is unacceptable. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.
View on GoogleExtremely unprofessional, I’ve emailed multiple times about concerns within the complex I live in and seem to get little to no response. When I try to call, I’m put on hold to get in touch with Kathy to which I’m told she’s “not at her desk” for the multiple times I’ve called, I’m told to leave a message and she’ll call me back which I’ve yet to hear a phone call back for EVERY message left. So I resort back to email to which I don’t get an email back. I have Safety concerns and that doesn’t seem to be a priority what so ever!
View on GoogleTerrible Management. They avoid calling you back. They reply to emails friday at 11:55am because there done at 12pm and the email was from days prior. They are quick to send out letters about things that are against rules but can't give notice when work has been approved in the complex that will effect you. Michale greco never calls back or let's you know an outcome. Money from condo fees is wasted on things that aren't "needed" and then special assessments happen because money is running out. I am at the point that I said I would wait on hold until he was available because he never calls back. Well they blocked my number and hung up on me. So now I can't call if something happens.... lovely. But I'm glad I never gave my home phone number so I *67 and left a voicemail. If you call and it says it's all full and call back later they blocked your number. Literally blocked it while I was waiting on hold and the call just dropped. I pay my condo fees and deserve to be able to ask legitimate questions on why we have zero notice on things happening so we can move our belongings but the second 1 little thing they don't like is out of place you get a letter. But things they set up and approve they don't tell anyone. Last year I told them for 3 weeks there was a water main leak infront of my house but no one believed me. Our water bill is part of our condo fees so we had water running for over 3 weeks last August. Now our condo fees went up again. But no one believed me. Not until it full blown broke and became an emergency call on a Friday night so after hours call which cost more. They lack listening to unit owners that actually live here and see how things are day to day.
