The first time I went to this store I waited for more than 5 minutes behind the ID check sign, no one came even though I called them multiple times and could hear people talking inside so I left. The second time which was yesterday I was getting a blunt for my friend who was back in our hotel. Again, me and another customer behind me waited for about 5 minutes behind the sign for someone to come in from outside and tell us she was on break and we should wait, another 5-6 minutes passed til she came back to check our ID and let us in. When I told her im looking for juicy blunt, she said “which juicy blunt? We have lots of blunts” with a patronizing tone. What kind of cannabis store employee doesn’t know juicy blunt? Its a specific product - I didn’t say “i want a blunt”. Turns out they didn’t have juicy blunt so i picked my phone up to call my friend and tell her the options, and the employee tells me that we can’t make phone calls in the store either, even suspects in custody can call a lawyer but we can’t apparently. I had to wait another 5-6 minutes to pay for my blunt, when i asked to pay and leave, again with same same tone she told me that i “have to wait for my turn” because a customer was in front of me busy with another employee, although there were two sides for payment and she was done serving the customer she was busy with, it felt like the employee was trying to win an argument against me. As soon as i got out of the store i told all my friends to not buy from this store ever again because they don’t know how to treat their customers. Eventually, both of the blunts in the pack that I got were choked and we could barely get a hit. This was at around 3pm yesterday, Monday. I hope you guys do better in the future because I haven’t had this type of treatment anywhere else.

Rarely come here with my brother once in a blue moon yet always see the same few staff who are extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend googling reviews for whatever product you're interested in before purchase, however. They may carry older, weaker, lower terpene content flower that the inexperienced may unknowingly/ accidentally purchase

Walked in for the 1st time. Nice shop but felt weird with the movie divider at the door. Went in and product/ price/ and number of prerolls in each option were AWESOME! GREAT with what I grabbed. Mixed pre-roll pack and an infused 3 pack. Tried to talk to the "Bud tenders" but the 1st one was going on break and didn't really care AT ALL about my ALLERGY! Mentioned an allergy to LILAC! She said Not One Thing! Simply waited a moment and told her coworker that she's going to break time. 2nd Coworker seemed "typical" but not engaged at all with me as a customer. Talked to her about how pre-rolls can clog for me on occasion... simply because I choose to not finish them. She didn't GAF and I simply grabbed 2 options and ran out of there.

I recently purchased a disposable vaporizer while on vacation. The top was almost popped off when I opened it. I pushed it back in but it looked like some of the wax leaked in the device internally. I couldn't get it to hit. It took a charge but wouldn't hit. I took it back the next day with the receipt. I explained the situation to the lady and I was very polite. She was instantly really rude. Instead of trying to fix it or replace it, she accused me of dropping it or damaging, asking why I didn't bring it back the same night. It was incredibly insulting. I turned to leave, very angry and she said she will speak to her manager in the back. She returned saying her manager agrees with her, continuing to accuse me of dropping it. I lost my cool in the store. She clearly didn't know much about vaporizers and the manager is a coward for not coming out to address me. There was nothing professional about the way this was handled. There was 0 visible damage to the device. The ignorance is insane. The 45 dollars it costs to replace it is a lot less than a bad review so...

Wow. Just wow!! Great store right at the corner of Victoria and Clifton Hill. Amazing prices and a great selection of products. Super friendly staff too. Great hours too. We'd go back for sure.
