Start off with Winnie beautiful soul. Jim helpful. Rooms below basic. No proper wifi. NO HOT WATER. Told it's a leak been two weeks having cold showers .

My stay at this Hotel establishment while in Niagara Falls is most welcoming and accommodating. The owners are wonderful people who are always polite and smiling. The rate per night is also excellent compared to the other Hotel establishments on Lundy's Lane. My room I would rate a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness because of the fact that my room had a light bulb missing in the bathroom but once I had let the management know I needed the lightbulb replaced, which was replaced accordingly, the rating for this establishment should be a 6 out of 5. I recommend anyone traveling and visiting Niagara Falls to come and lodge here.

Worst ever! Guy in charge is rude and wont budge. I have been treated like a second class citizen and I only stayed because it was the only place that accepted dogs. Other choice was homelessness as I've been searching for 3 months for an apartment with over 2000 dollars to no avail. Dont even bother, you'll regret staying in this drug den.

This was by far this worse place. Were to start. Well, first we asked for a smoking room. Didn't get one. But had to sign a waiver if any pot was smoked and detected, it was gonna cost $500.00 regular cigarettes, $200.00. Ok fine. Now we were asked, do you want TV? Well yes, they might be able to get it working. No they didn't. No radio. No phone. No hangers to hang your coats. No heat in the room when we arrived. It was - 15 outside, heat in room would be expected. Had to leave to let the place warm up. Paint peeling so bad in washroom, didn't even want a shower. Oh and when it came time to check out, well now, they didn't open office till 9:00 am, 9:20 still no one there. So there was a phone number to call. It didn't work either. Had to go to another hotel to settle up. They owed us $100.00 deposit. If you're gonna charge over $200.00 a night, fix up your rooms. Be at the office. I'll never stay here again. As far as I'm concerned, you owe us a refund for all the inconveniences. And I was told you have 3 other properties. Wow! 😞😞😞😞😞

First room we looked at was filthy, had cigarette burns on the carpet and furnature. The room smelled musty and the door knob was falling apart from the outside. Asked for another room and the staff was friendly. Second room was cleaner but very old. On the bright side the mattresses we're clean and comfortable and water pressure was good. Wouldn't book here again though. I'll post pictures later.
