I adore this place!!! They have helped my entire family with amazing service. What i appreciate the most is the trust. They will never tell you that you need work done if its not needed which i feel like most of the other places ive been to do. I was in the office today and witnessed a first time customer upset because the dentist didnt want to do procedures that wasn’t needed. I was thinking girl you should be thankful that they arent trying to rip you off like everywhere else. The girls in there are the best!! Denists as well!! I would recommend them to anyones needing a reliable and trustworthy dental office. This was the only place that also doesn’t charge me extra when the 5 other places I went to before did. Thank again for all of your great work!!! We’ll be seeing you soon ❤️

I cannot say enough amazing things about Canal City Dental! From the very first visit, they have gone above and beyond for my family. They always work around my busy schedule, which makes such a difference, and they are incredibly accommodating and patient with my special needs daughter. That level of understanding and kindness means more than I can put into words. Tiffany and Kelly at reception are truly one of the biggest reasons I actually look forward to going to the dentist. They are warm, welcoming, and always make us feel like valued patients rather than just appointments on a schedule. And Michelle, my hygienist, is absolutely a goddess at what she does! She is gentle, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident in my dental health. If you’re looking for a dental clinic that treats you like family and genuinely cares, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

I am very nervous but this office made me feel so comfortable! The team makes a point of welcoming you when you arrive, the dentists and hygienists are all very gentle. If you have a problem they try to address it right away! Tiffany and Kelly will do everything they can to get the treatment covered if they can! I went to my last appointment early and even got a coffee while I waited ! Luckily, Michelle was ahead and saw me early! If I could give a 10 star I would! They definately are my "dental home" and make me feel like I matter to them.

I think the people here are awesome! From the time I walk in to the time I leave everyone is friendly and helpful. I rarely wait for an appointment, in fact if I do, Kelly or Tiffany offer me a coffee! They offer sedation for when you are nervous, they help so much with your insurance and the team all work so well together! I recently had a major surgery done and the dentist was so gentle , in fact they all are ,and gave me sedation to make it easier for me! Michelle, Michelle and Emily the hygienists are so gentle. Definitely recommend them!
