Canadian Tire

Hardest store I've ever had to try to get a hold of anybody. Tried Auto Service three times in an hour and a half. Nobody ever answered and no voicemail. Tried the front desk again nobody answers. Either need more staff or an answering service that somebody watches. Very frustrating.

Ok sign says open till 8pm. 6pm ish on a Friday night closed. No sign no notice nuffin on the door saying reason. Great business.

What a totally useless store. Only open to 6pm. Went to town to get a few things and to a surprise its closed on a week night after 6pm. Anything in this store its an unorganized mess can barley pass another person in the store as everything is so narrow. Store has definitely gone downhill for the last bit. Drive all the way to Welland to get things. To a store the way they should be.

I walked in to this store as I new what I was looking for seen the price $999.00 .Went up to the casher as she was like me elderly ,but she was good as I give her 10 out of 10 . There was an other woman there in Purple Or red Hair but what ever she was on the other till as I give her the same . Got my snow blower delivered ,but no book on how to start it or where I put the gas as I see I need oil to . So I called the store just to find out what kind of oil no more . Kyle the Manger said I print it off as it will be in the store . So now I must drive back to Port Colborne as I live in Niagara Falls . I have called the store in Niagara Falls as I talked to Janice at Niagara falls C.T. store as she was Awesome as she said to me over the phone what kind of oil .And yes Janice said I will print it for me as I pick it up tomorrow . As for the Canadian Tire store in Port Colborne . The cashers where better than great . As for Kyle the manger or Canadian Tire your service sucked . you need to take a Course your attitude .As not all people have a printer to print out the manual they need after spending $1179.99 in the store .

My wife and I went today to buy skates. I wanted to ask a simple question about skate sharpening(which they do not do, by the way). I went to ask an associate about the sharpening, it ended up being the General Manager! He tried to ignore me completely until he went to walk past me, and I finally got his attention. Even then, he was rude and uninterested in helping a paying customer. Moments later, we saw him give the same attitude to another man. The GM is the face of the store, and to be treated in this way is unacceptable. The only redeeming moment was the 2 ladies at the checkout. They were delightful and helpful. Would I recommend this store, absolutely not.
