Pumps are fast. Prices are usually lower than other brands. Clean area. Convenient store and lotto available. Some basic vehicle fluids available such as washer fluid and seasonal gasoline mixes. Garbage are emptied. Staff at times seem like they are in a hurry. Squeegee water is dirty most of the time.

Went to Canadian tire because my regular mechanic could not get me in until the 29th. I had booked in for a simple brake inspection. They broke a part and left the car undrivable Aunt told me I had to take it to my dealer to get fixed. As of now, they did not cover the cost of the part they broke nor rental car since I’m out a car.

My wife went in today , she had a mask on her face due to illness , she wanted to fill up gas , the woman behind the register was very rude , disrespectful and unprofessional . It was very obvious that she doesn’t like her job . The company should start investigation for harassing clients . I am overseas but my wife called me and was crying as she felt very offended . Clients pay expensive gas should be respected .

My mom, whose English isn’t perfect, went to this gas station and had an awful experience. She got confused by the system since she’s used to pumping gas first and then paying. Instead of helping her out, the girl working there treated my mom like a thief, showing her nothing but disrespect and giving her serious attitude. It’s clear she took advantage of my mom’s limited English, which is absolutely unacceptable. This employee needs to be fired. Disgusting customer service.

NEVER FIX YOUR CAR HERE!!! Store: 300 Glendale Ave, St. Catharines, ON L2T 2L5 I spend around 1022.62 dollars to fix my filter On Jule 19th and they did a bad work so my filter leak after ONE month. And extremely bad service that didn't recording my fixing history. And they think if I didn't keep/bring my Receipt, is my problem. So, the man ask me get out. The man is really rude. When I said if it's the way you treat you customer? He said I "politely" ask you leave now!!
